The ensemble has toured throughout North America, performed at prestigious concert series from Florida to British Columbia, and traveled to Paris for a series of special gala concerts at the Paris Opera and the Bibliothèque Nationale. Graduates of top conservatories and music schools, the fifteen members of the East Coast Chamber Orchestra are soloists, principals in major American orchestras, and marvelous chamber musicians. Debuts at The Kennedy Center and Town Hall confirmed ECCO’s position as the most exceptional ensemble of the new generation.

Only two works make up this program, but they are two very exciting pieces! The concert begins with Copland’s "Appalachian Spring" in its original version for thirteen instruments and concludes with Dvorak’s masterful "Symphony No. 8," composed just a few years before his famous "New World Symphony."
